Vox Land Terms of Service
Updated September 27, 2026
Welcome to Vox Land (https://voxland.app, the "Service"), operated by Canada Sirius Studio ("we"). These Terms govern your use of the Service; please read them before registering. By using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18. If you are 14 to 17, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian who has accepted these Terms and supervises your use. We do not serve children under 14.
If you act for a company or team, you confirm that you may bind it, and "you" includes it.
2. What the Service is
Vox Land is an AI asset-generation platform for indie game developers. You build a rough block structure or draw a 2D sketch, add a text prompt, and we send these to third-party AI model providers to generate 3D models (GLB / OBJ / FBX, some rigged and animated) and PNG images.
AI generation is probabilistic. Your structure, sketch and prompt are passed to the models as constraints, but we cannot guarantee that a result matches them or your expectations, or that the same input gives the same output twice. Credits spent on a job that completes successfully are not refunded even if you dislike the result.
Unless we expressly say otherwise, we do not train AI models on your uploads or outputs. What third-party providers do is governed by their own terms; see our Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts and security
You register with a valid email address and a password, and you keep your account information accurate.
Keep your credentials secure. Everything done through your account, including spending credits, counts as done by you. If you suspect your account is compromised, contact us at support@voxland.app right away.
One person, one account. Do not create accounts in bulk, or transfer, lend or sell an account.
The Service runs in separate regions (currently the Americas and Asia, chosen on the sign-in page). Accounts in different regions are independent: the account, credits, membership, storage and files you have in one region exist only there and cannot be transferred, merged or used in another. Choose your region before you sign up.
4. Credits and payments
The Service runs on credits. You buy credits through a third-party payment provider (the methods on offer are the ones the wallet page shows) or receive member credits every month with a membership (section 5), and each generation job deducts credits at the rate shown on the wallet page at the time.
Credits are usable only within the Service, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not money or property.
Failed jobs are settled by whether the provider has already charged for them. If it has not (the request was refused, or it timed out while still queued at the provider, for example), we usually retry once automatically; if the job still fails, the credits it deducted are refunded in full.
If a job fails after the provider has already charged for it (the image step finished and the model step then failed, for example), model and 2D image jobs deliver a template placeholder of the same kind instead, and the credits are not refunded; AI rigging and advanced de-AI are likewise not refunded once the provider has charged; other job types are refunded in full. Add-ons that were neither delivered nor charged by the provider are refunded on their own.
If you question a settlement, use "Question about credits?" in your job history or write to support@voxland.app; we review it by hand and restore credits where warranted.
Purchased credits are not refundable for cash except where the law requires it; any non-waivable withdrawal or refund right you have under local law is honoured.
We may change credit prices, per-job costs and bundles. Changes never reduce credits you already hold.
Welcome, invite, promotional and goodwill credits are promotional: they may expire, and invite rewards follow the rules shown on the wallet page (sign-ups from one network count only a limited number of times, for example). We may revoke them without refund if we detect abuse such as bulk sign-ups or inviting yourself.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. For receipts, contact support@voxland.app.
5. Memberships
Memberships come three ways. A monthly subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, charging the card on file at the price then in force, until you cancel. A yearly pass is paid once for 12 months. A monthly pass is paid once for one month, for payment methods that cannot renew by themselves (such as Alipay and WeChat Pay). Neither pass renews or is charged again when it ends; buying the same plan again adds its months after the current end date. The price, monthly credits and perks of each plan, and the amount actually charged for each purchase, are as shown on the membership page at the time.
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time under Manage subscription on the membership page. The membership then runs to the end of the current period and is not charged again; the period already paid is not refunded pro rata.
Members receive member credits once a month, yearly passes included. Generation spends member credits before purchased credits. Member credits left at the end of a month lapse when the next month's arrive, and any left when the membership ends lapse with it; purchased credits are not affected. Member credits are likewise non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Upgrading a monthly subscription mid-period charges the prorated difference at once and adds the difference in credits; a downgrade takes effect from the next billing period.
If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries it over several days and the membership keeps working meanwhile; if it still fails, the subscription ends.
Member discounts apply only to the items listed on the membership page, at the prices the workspace shows when you order; to keep the Service sustainable, some items may carry a smaller discount or none.
Membership fees are not refundable except where the law requires it; any non-waivable withdrawal or refund right you have under local law is honoured. If we change membership prices, we will tell you at least 14 days ahead; the new price applies from your next billing period, and you may cancel before then.
6. Your content
"Your content" is everything you upload or create here: reference images, sketches, block structures, prompts and project data. You keep all rights you have in it.
Each account has a storage allowance for its files, under the rules shown on the wallet page; membership plans include more. You may also buy storage by the month (at the price shown on the wallet page); it adds to the allowance you already have, renews monthly, and you can change its size or stop it at any time, in which case the space stays to the end of the month you paid for. Once storage is full, new generations and uploads pause; stored files are never deleted because of it (including after bought space runs out), and you can continue after deleting content you no longer need or raising the allowance.
To run the Service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited licence to store, copy, render, modify and transmit your content, ourselves and through providers acting for us, for generation jobs, thumbnails, project management and similar features. The licence exists only to provide and improve the Service and ends when you delete the content or your account (backup copies are purged within a reasonable time).
You confirm that you hold the rights needed for what you upload. Do not upload images you may not use, in particular other people's character designs, commercial artwork or photos of identifiable real people. Infringement claims arising from your content are your responsibility.
The forum is public: posts, comments and the works attached to them can be seen by anyone, signed in or not, and search engines may index them. By posting you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, copy and distribute them on the forum, ending when you delete the post or comment or your account. Deleting a post deletes the public copies of its works; the originals in your account are not affected. Posts carry the nickname you set in Settings, or a generated handle if you set none; your e-mail address is never shown.
If you turn on "Let others copy the blocks" when posting, other users can copy the block structure of the models in that post into their own accounts, change it and generate their own work from it. Only the blocks are copied (not your imported custom materials, description, references or models), and copies already made stay with their owners after you delete the post. To keep your blocks to yourself, leave the switch off when posting.
7. Generated output
To the extent permitted by law, we assign to you whatever rights we hold in the outputs generated for you (models, images and derived files). You may use them in personal and commercial projects, subject to these Terms. Be aware that:
- Whether AI output is protected by copyright, or can be registered, is unsettled in many jurisdictions; we make no promise about it.
- Other users may receive outputs similar or even identical to yours; we cannot guarantee exclusivity.
- Outputs are also subject to the terms of the third-party model provider that produced them (for example usage restrictions or attribution requirements). Check the licence of the model you used before commercial use.
- Outputs may resemble existing works, trademarks or real people. Assess the infringement risk yourself, with professional advice if needed, before commercial use.
- The image and model files we generate carry a machine-readable mark (file metadata) saying they were generated by AI, as some laws require. Some laws also forbid removing or altering such marks; keep that in mind when you publish.
8. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service to:
- create, upload or distribute content that breaks applicable law;
- create sexual content involving minors, or intimate imagery of anyone without their consent;
- create likenesses of real people to impersonate, defame or mislead (deepfakes);
- create content or symbols promoting hatred, terrorism or extremism;
- upload, store or distribute malware or malicious code;
- circumvent content filters or moderation, including by splitting or obfuscating prompts;
- scrape, bulk-download or access the Service or other users' content by automated means without permission;
- resell, lend or share accounts or credits, or offer the Service as your own;
- reverse engineer or crack the Service or seek its source code, except where the law expressly allows;
- disrupt the Service, for example with abnormal request volumes, vulnerability probing or excessive resource use.
9. Moderation and enforcement
Section 8 applies to forum posts and comments too. We delete what breaks it, and repeated breaches can lead to posting limits or account closure; anyone can tell us with the Report link next to a post or comment.
Prompts and images pass through basic automated filtering before and after generation (a local blocklist plus an optional third-party moderation API). Requests judged clearly in breach are refused and may be logged.
Automated filtering is imperfect, and we may also review manually. If you believe a refusal was a mistake, tell us at support@voxland.app.
Depending on severity, breaches may lead to a warning, content removal, feature limits, suspension or permanent termination. If an account is terminated for serious or repeated abuse, remaining credits, including purchased ones, are forfeited without refund. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated copyright agent: Canada Sirius Studio, email support@voxland.app. The notice should include:
- the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the material you claim infringes it and where it is (a resource link, or a description that lets us find it);
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable access to the material and tell the person who uploaded it. If they believe it was removed by mistake, they can send a counter-notice to the same address; unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action, we restore the material within the period the law sets.
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Availability and changes
The Service is in beta. We try to keep it stable but offer no service-level commitment (SLA); maintenance, faults, third-party provider problems or events beyond our control may interrupt it.
We may add, change, restrict or discontinue features at any time, including switching AI model providers. If a change materially affects credits you already bought, we will give advance notice and a reasonable remedy.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty of fitness for purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation, or of the quality, legality or commercial usability of outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the Service, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Where the law does not allow a liability to be excluded or limited (for example wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury), this section applies only as far as the law permits and leaves your statutory consumer rights intact.
13. Indemnity
If a third party claims against us because you breached these Terms, infringed someone's rights or used the Service unlawfully, you will compensate us, to the extent permitted by law, for the resulting reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees.
14. Ending your account
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account yourself under Settings → Account (password confirmation required), or ask us at support@voxland.app.
After we receive your request and verify your identity, we delete or anonymise your account data, uploads and generated files within 30 days; backup copies go within a further 90 days. Credit and payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credits, purchased, promotional or member, without refund. Download the files you need first, and cancel any renewing membership subscription before you delete the account.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith; failing that, they go to the competent courts or dispute-resolution bodies of Ontario, Canada.
Non-waivable rights under consumer-protection law where you live (for example the right to sue in your local courts) are not affected.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you at least 14 days before they take effect, by in-app notice or email. Using the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms; if you do not, stop using the Service before then and contact us about your account.
